FC Dallas MLS Cup Champs
There are some major changes coming in the Major League Soccer season, the most notable of which is the arrival of FC Dallas. It’s one of the few teams in MLS that doesn’t play in Texas, so a move to Texas has been a long time coming.
The team itself is already very exciting and having Dallas at the helm will help it even more. FC Dallas is led by coach Oscar Pareja, who is a former Mexican international player for club side Tigres. He has spent the last two seasons coaching with the Mexican national team and has also played for Mexico’s national team.
This is a big year for Pareja’s team, and fans have already started dreaming of what the team can do in the upcoming year. Pareja has already made a number of moves in his quest to bring home a championship, but now he is looking to add another trophy to his collection – and he is doing it with FC Dallas. Now that the team is playing in Dallas, a win on Sunday against Toronto FC could be all they need to secure a spot in the MLS playoff.
The team itself is a joy to watch – it’s been a long time coming for FC Dallas, and there is no question that they are a force to be reckoned with. Pareja has made quite a few changes from last year to this one, but this is still a team that can make you go “wow.” With the addition of former Mexican international Diego Brandao, it looks like Pareja is finally getting the most out of the talent that he has.
Brandao was signed by FC Dallas as a forward, but ended up playing the entire game as a winger. He is known for his powerful play, and is a huge change for the team in the defensive department. Now, if the team gets a chance to put pressure on the opposing team’s goal, they might just end up scoring!
Dallas is also bringing in the big guns when it comes to attacking – Argentinean international striker, Juan Pablo Mastroeni, is coming to Dallas for a few weeks to train with the team. The team is hoping that he will get the feel of the environment before joining them full time.
If the team is able to pull off an upset, it would mean that Pareja would not only win the coach of the year award, but the MLS championship trophy as well. And who knows? FC Dallas may actually win the Supporters Shield this year for the best record!
The dream season is about to begin for FC Dallas. It’s time to get excited for the MLS season. We will see how this team performs once the MLS season starts.
Pareja has added new acquisitions that are going to provide a spark to the team. Brandao is the big one, and if he does his job right, this guy can really give Dallas an offensive edge. They might be able to score twice a game. Meanwhile, Fabian Castillo is another attacking player that is sure to get the goals.
Another player that should be very excited is Mauro Diaz. If you remember, the first time Mauro played for FC Dallas, he was playing for Tigres de Verano in the Mexican second division. This guy was able to score a hat trick and provided some good goals. That was impressive enough to make a name for himself in Mexico and get him on a few good teams that are out there today.
This year is the chance for FCD to become the team they have always dreamed of being and to finally go to the MLS Cup. This is the year where the whole family can come together, because it is the dream season for them. When they get to the MLS, the fans have a reason to go home happy and proud of their team.
